Bombay-based bachelor Jai Shankar Rai lets his superiors, as well as his boss, Ranjeet Choudhary, use his flat at night so that they can have their flings with women. He meets and fall in love with lovely but homeless Neeta Sinha, and even gets her a job at his firm. Hoping to propose to her after his promotion, he instead gets a shock when he finds out that she is soon to be his boss' wife. He brings Sumita home, but makes it clear that Madhuri's word is law here. Then Kumar finds out that Sumita had a childhood sweetheart in Shekhar, who has now returned from abroad. Kumar meets with Shekhar and finds out that both still have feelings for each other.

Vijay trys to save every workers life in order to overcome his haunted past but to no avil. But one day water forced itself in one of the mining tunnels, endangering the lives of over 400 workers. Vijay along with some of his other colleagues put up a big fight to save each and every workers life. Which at last was successful and Vijay was able to overcome his troubled past.

A love triangle, the film is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster movie Dasara Bullodu (1971), made by the same company and director. Mohan Lal Srivatsav loves Gauri and so does Shyama. The rivals in love are close friends, their friendship proves to be stronger than their love. When Gauri learns that Shyama loves Mohan, she decides to sacrifice her love, her dream, her life for her friend's happiness.

Rajesh works for Meena's father. Meena and her friend Taruna decide to play a prank on him. Both women pretend to fall in love with him, but he finds out, resulting in acrimony.

Beautiful Meena lives a wealthy lifestyle along with her widowed dad, Thakur, in a small town in India. Then Rajesh is assaulted by some men and his mother, Shanti, attends to look after him. It is her presence that will not only unleash a dark secret from their past, which included a murder, but also lead to another homicide.
